Scheduling~
You may contact us by phone, email or on our Contact page to schedule your appointment.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the time of your session.

The Session~
PLEASE NO PERSONAL CAMERAS.
A session can take anywhere from a half hour to one and one half hours depending on the size of the group.

After the Session~
We will schedule a proofing session at our studio.  Here you will see your images for the first time.  You will also be able to place your first order at this time.  An online proofing and ordering system will be made available to you on our website as well. Feel free to share your unique gallery with friends and family. The gallery will expire after 2 weeks, re-posting fees apply.

Prints~
All images are copyrighted by Luminosity and should not be scanned or reproduced in any manner. No outside cameras are allowed during photo sessions.

All photos will receive basic retouching and artistic alterations as needed.  You may request custom retouching (i.e. blemish removal, teeth whitening…) or designs(i.e. added text or edges) at an additional cost.
