We were so excited to finally get to meet the newest members of our extended family, the Corwin twins! We don’t get to see our cousin very often since she lives so far away. So when the opportunity arose for us to shoot her family and their newest additions we jumped at the chance. Not only did this give us an opportunity to catch up with them but we were also able to capture some great moments with their family.

We had the wonderful opportunity to photograph a handful of music artists this summer. Each one had their own musical style and we wanted their photos to reflect their uniqueness. We have become great friends with each of them and look forward to crossing paths again real soon!

We’ve been friends with this lovely family since we began Luminosity Photography & Design. They have come to us for baby, toddler and family sessions and we’ve been able to watch these children grow. It’s hard to believe how quickly time passes, but each time a client returns to us, we see the importance to taking in each moment. And more importantly, capturing the moments on film.

During our summer travels, we were able to meet up with some friends of ours from Georgia. Just over a year ago they were blessed with their first child. Jadyn was a result of much prayer and waiting. As you can see in these pictures, she was well worth the wait. Watching this beautiful family interact during our photo session was evidence of God’s good gifts. Joy, Hope and Love!

This little fella was a handsome subject! He so enjoyed studying his surroundings. We were able to capture quite a few images of him awake- an unusual opportunity with newborns!

MATTHEWS

We recently met a wonderful family of seven, The Matthews. They have four boys and one girl. There was a lot of energy at this shoot. And with all the excitement, mom and dad were able to stay calm, cool and collected. While the kids explored we followed along and snapped a couple of shots of them doing what they do best…being kids. Each of them had a personality all their own and they were adorable. What a fun time we had with them!

The Lafazia’s welcomed a precious little boy to their beautiful family. Mia, Jack’s big sister, seemed to love the idea of having a little brother to take care of. She hugged and kissed him often during the shoot. Being a brother or a sister is a wonderful thing. It’s been said, “To the outside world, we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other’s hearts. We live outside the touch of time.” It all starts here…at the beginning. Once again, we were honored to share in it.

The Nagle Family Plus One!

At our last photo shoot with the Nagle family, Lisa was expecting her newest edition to the family. Just two weeks ago, in what seemed like a blink of an eye, we were introduced to their brand new baby boy, Parker. At his debut shoot, Parker was just 7 days old. Tiny, little hands…Tiny little feet…such a precious treasure! I’m sure there are great things in store for Parker, but we were honored to catch his first glimpses of life.

We were blessed to visit some dear friends while singing in their state of MS. Tammy and I actually drove there from Grand Rapids due to her intense ear infection. She was not able to fly so we rented a car and met the rest of the group in MS where we would be singing for the weekend. We love getting to spend time with this family! We couldn’t leave town without a photoshoot of our little friends! We had lots of great photos it was difficult to narrow them down! Deuce and Annlee have such unique personalities and there’s just something about a little one with a southern accent! We love it!
